Charlotte Sörensen looked into how our patterns of conversations are changing as the physical distance between people is growing. Exploring what factors encourage people to open up for personal conversations, she developed Lotus, a floor based chill out space. By challenging the force of habit, our social and cultural patterns; Lotus is inviting the visitors to find a natural seating posture, dissolve precedence and thereby open up their minds.

Lotus is a laminated construction; upholstered with the water resistant and echo friendly textile Waterbourne from Kvadrat & has a table top in walnut. The seating unit can be separated into six pieces for easy transport.
